Anti-Noise protection; Head band

This part of the norm concerns to the auricular and establishes the requirements in the construction matters, conception and performance, the test methods, the marking instructions, as well as, the information destined to the users. It determines the availability of the information due the characteristics of the acoustic mitigation of the auriculars, measures in conformity with the EN 24869-1, and defines a minimum level of mitigation necessary to determine the respective conformity with this specification. This part of the norm does not concerns neither the auriculars destined to be fixed in an helmet or the ones that constitute an helmet, neither the electronic devices performance susceptible of being integrated in the interior of the auriculars, or the auriculars sensitive to the amplitude. This norm does not concerns the performance of the anti noise protectors taking into account the impulsion noise.
